Men's TRT Program:
- Testosterone Injections are used to increase and optimize Free and Total Testosterone levels. The dosage varies and is determined by the prescribing physician. A patient’s medicalcra history, lab results, and physical are all factored in during diagnosis.
- Enclomiphene, Clomiphene, or Gonadorelin, is used to prevent testicular shrinkage and maintain the natural production of the hormone in the testes.
- An Estrogen Blocker is used to control the levels of estrogen in men’s bodies.
Women's HRT Programs:
Menopausal:
- Estrogen (Bi-Est) is the main hormone involved in women’s therapy. We will provide you with a low-dose estrogen to relieve menopausal symptoms and prevent osteoporosis.
- Progesterone production starts to decrease when a woman enters menopause and her endometrial lining no longer sheds every month. Progesterone is given to prevent the endometrial cells from growing due to unopposed estrogen supplementation.
- Pregnenolone is made from cholesterol in the brain, ovaries, and adrenal glands. Pregnenolone has anti-aging, anti-stress, anti-depressive, anti-arthritic, and anti-fatigue effects. It also provides neuroprotection, improves mental alertness and awareness, enhances memory and cognition, and helps with lowering excess cholesterol.
- Testosterone is produced by the ovaries in women. Like estrogen, testosterone levels are lower in women going through menopause. Symptoms of low testosterone levels in women include low libidos, fatigue, low muscle tone, weight gain, and loss of mental focus.
Non-Menopausal:

All programs: 90 days after beginning the powerful hormone replacement therapy program, you will be required to follow up with additional labs. This will determine that the diagnosis and dosages are appropriate for hormone optimization. If we are not satisfied with your levels, the regimen will be modified, in order to adhere to your needs.
Physicals will be conducted at least once a year or as requested by the ordering physician.
